An exciting and new role has arisen for a Quality Systems Manager for a world leading manufacturer of specialist and high-performance polymers who supply to diverse markets including the aerospace, automotive, medical and electronics sector for their site in Lancashire. The Quality Systems Manager will be responsible for promoting key company values to help lead a change of culture based on date driven decisions, as well as maintaining the quality management systems. The Quality Systems Manager will also drive and promote continuous improvement activities and deliver an inspection and audit plan using Statistical Analysis (SPC).
To be considered for this Quality Systems Manager, you will have previous experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 as well as AS9100 Rev D would be highly desirable. You must also have significant experience within a senior quality role, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement using tools such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, SPC and RCCA.

Knowledge and Experience
To be considered for this Quality Systems Manager, you will have previous experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 as well as AS9100 Rev D would be highly desirable. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and development of the site business management systems including ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & AS9100 Rev D
- Deliver an inspection and audit plan using SPC
- Promote and drive continuous improvement projects using tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, SPC and RCCA
- Lead and develop total customer satisfaction
Knowledge and Experience
- Significant experience of quality management systems and auditing to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 + ideally AS9100 Rev D
- Degree educated ideally within a science or engineering discipline
- Experience of driving continuous improvement projects
