Teacher of Mathematics
We are working in partnership with an Ofsted rated 'Good' sixth form College with academy status, located in South Leicestershire. They are seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to start after the October half term until Christmas. This is a part-time role teaching Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will be experienced teaching Maths up to KS4 and confidant teaching Higher GCSE.
High quality teaching and learning is the most important feature of this Academy. The achievements of students reflect the high quality of teaching and personalised support offered by their teaching team. Within Maths they aim to promote exploration of the key mathematical concepts that will stand students in good stead for their futures.
Students who join the Academy will benefit from the unique advantage of joining a school setting that offers the experience of developing friendships and relationships from the age of 11 through to 19 years of age. Every child who embarks on this journey has the opportunity of benefitting from an 'all through' experience giving them continuity, security and a support network to promote their well-being and enable them to become successful learners.
