Mornflake have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced MechanicalEngineer who is self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work to join their growing team based in Crewe, Cheshire.

Location: Cheshire, Crewe

As a Mechanical Engineer, your duties would include day to day maintenance on continuous process production plants, high speed packaging machinery, and the installation of new plant & machinery.

The successful candidate should meet most of the following criteria:

- An experienced Mechanical Engineer who can bring a wealth of maintenance and engineering experience to the team

- Ideally you will be apprenticeship trained with significant experience in an industrial environment whilst being proficient in all aspects of bench fitting, preventative maintenance and machinery repairs

- Welding / fabrication and pipe fitting experience would be an advantage

- Good understanding and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems would be of benefit

- Previous FMCG / grain milling would be an advantage

- Must have a flexible approach to working

- Must live within 20mile radius of Crewe
