As a project manager in the Transformation and Improvement team you would be joining friendly, passionate colleagues, rich in their diversity, who are committed to providing excellent care to our service users and their loved ones. Working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, carers and partners you will be responsible for supporting people across the Trust and ensuring all projects have robust coproduction, a clear start and end date, a focus on measuring improvement, articulate lessons learnt and have a process for escalating and mitigating any risks or issues in a timely manner.
