We are recruiting, following the promotion of the post holder.
The Deputy Director of Nursing will provide strong, visible professional clinical leadership within the organisation. Focused on ensuring the improvement of patient outcomes and experiences, leading Nurses and practitioners in this role:
This role will provide strategic and Directorate operational leadership to Nursing, and professions allied to Nursing.
Lead the Trusts CQC governance and regulatory focus, it will provide wide ranging professional leadership and governance including direct support to Nursing, Occupational Therapists, AHPS, Associate Clinical Directors, Clinical Operational Managers, named supervisees within the Trust and will work with the Managers and Senior Clinicians in the Trust.

You will lead and coach a strong team your focus will be Quality governance, leading the quality account design and development ,lead quality requirements and standards governance associated with our Trust contracts, activities, including patient experience safety and risk and clinical practice improvement.
You will contribute to Quality improvement.
