They are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate or Partner for their Legal 500 Corporate Law team in Bromley, to help grow the department and deal with industry leading work.
The firm's Corporate Law clients include SME's, mid sized companies and household names, across M&A's, equity/debt financing, company secretarial work, flotations, shareholder/partnership disputes and much more.
