Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive which serves West Surrey. It was judged as 'Good' by Ofsted in its most recent inspection and is now on the journey to becoming exceptional. We are looking to appoint an empathetic, organised, and warm individual to work as an integral part of our Inclusion team. Our ELSA will work with students from Years 7 to 11, offering meaningful support to ensure students are able to be successful, recognising and realising their full potential. You will be working as part of an energetic and committed Inclusion team alongside Learning Mentors and therapists, as well as working with teaching staff. The Inclusion team are passionate about ensuring all students are supported to become exceptional learners and that they have the resilience and drive to achieve all that they are capable of. We are at an exciting point of in our journey and this role is an integral part of the team.
We are keen to receive applications from experienced ELSAs as well as from applicants with the right skill set and aspirations for young people are invited to apply as we are able to support the right person to complete their ELSA qualification.
