As an ETF Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our training centre in Torquay, as well as helping develop your staff, seeking future business opportunities and enhancing community engagement and participation.
Ideal for a teacher / trainer with internal verification experience, you will ideally also have experience in a managerial role. You will be responsible for the quality of teaching, learning and assessment within your training centre, as well as administration and compliance.
This role is key to enabling clear and concise communication between the centre staff and our senior management team, so you will need excellent attention to detail, and be confident using a range of online systems for recording, monitoring and presenting data.
You will possess excellent people skills, as you will be managing staff and working with a wide range of customer groups, including young people with SEND, adult learners, community users and local businesses and referral partners. Above all, you will actively encourage a positive work environment and a community focused approach within your centre at all times.
