+ Conceive, plan and execute growth marketing strategies
+ Develop all digital marketing initiatives, content, copywriting,
+ Manage and drive continuous improvement of day-to-day performance and reporting,
+ Analyse campaigns, dashboards and analytics systems and present them to the Management Team and ensure the CRM process is fully embedded across sales and marketing so that all leads can be tracked and opportunities/issues can be identified
+ Business Development – drive B2B lead generation and nurture leads and prospects.
+ Management of events and client engagements
+ Number of qualified and converted leads delivered to the team
+ Number of attendees at events
+ Level of engagement across social media channels
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Marketing Manager and have solid understanding of digital and social media marketing. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to build strong relationships. It is important you have an enthusiastic approach to work with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
