Gloucester

£38,000 - £42,000 per annum + Performance Bonus + Company Pension Scheme + Development

Excellent opportunity for a well-versed Lean Engineer / Continuous Improvements Lead to join a highly innovative and forward-thinking manufacturer based in Gloucester.

Do you want to work in a highly autonomous role, in what is a brand-new position to the business?

This globally renowned organisation, based in Gloucester, have been going from strength to strength throughout the course of 2020. With many new additions across the site, they are now looking for a highly skilled and motivated candidate with a strong background in Lean / Continuous Improvements to bolster the business.

You will be responsible for driving improvements across the manufacturing functionalities of the business. You will work alongside the Operations team, implementing processes to ensure KPIs are met. You will oversee the introduction of lean tools, such as 6s etc.

This is the ideal role for someone who really wants to make their mark within an already well-established business.

Skills / Experiences;

* Six Sigma Black Belt OR strong Lean / CI background

* Exposure to Project Management

* Degree in engineering related subject
