They are now looking for a patient focussed registered Orthotist, to work as an integral part of a specialist team based at The Rehabilitation Centre in Kettering .

Essential Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will therefore be a forward thinking registered clinician with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will provide and promote a high standard of orthotic care and treatment across a range of adult and paediatric patient pathologies, ensuring best practice is always applied. Flexible in your approach, you'll maintain the highest professional standards, with care and integrity, to maintain excellent reputation and ensure full patient satisfaction.

Ideally candidates will have post graduate experience, with the enthusiasm to further develop and progress; experience of spinal work would also be beneficial. Experience of training, mentoring and leading would also be helpful, although not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthotist looking to develop in a supportive environment.

Roles Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a strong multi-disciplinary team and develop your career, working with a variety of patients across the region to support them to get busy living.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll work with a small team of Orthotists to deliver an effective patient focussed service.

You will also use your skills to manage a case load of patients, providing your patients with the most appropriate an effective treatment, to meet their individual needs. You will provide clinically appropriate high level orthotic services to a wide range of patients, communicating effectively with the patient and the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure they receive the best possible treatment. There is the opportunity to get involved with clinically challenging clinics, including advanced spinal bracing, and as a result, there is the real potential for you to develop your orthotic skills.
