As a Digital Project Manager, you will become part of our Digital Marketing team, with responsibility for the management and successful delivery of a selection of digital projects, with primary focus on overseeing the launch of a new digital education platform. This will include liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the effective planning and scoping, correct prioritisation of content creation, in line with business goals, and overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery. You will create strong partnerships with internal teams including Creative, Clinical, Regulatory and Sales, and external technical digital agencies.

What will you do?

Own the technical functionality of our digital training platforms, including but not limited to our e-learning platform and digital resource hub.
Own project management schedules, define milestones, maintain project records and work with internal and external collaborators to deliver project launches on time.
Lead agenda and chair project meetings for e-learning and virtual education and support resources projects.
Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to identify business priorities, Clinical team for content production and Creative Studio and external Web Designers for digital output delivery.
Schedule content creation and oversee execution of our digital resource hub, as well as digital toolkits for the sales teams.
Take responsibility for our internal Web App Platform, which will host the e-learning tool.
Liaise with internal & external agencies to deliver the apps needed to support management of capital equipment and product training needs
Assist with ensuring company presence at virtual events and provide support with webinars.

What will you need?

Strong, demonstrable cross functional project management experience within digital marketing or web apps development
Ability to translate marketing and sales plans into a constructive brief for clinical and creative teams as well as into technical requirements documents for app developers
Very good grasp of new technology and virtual learning solutions that would help elevate our digital offering
Good technical skills and understanding of both web and app design and development processes
Good knowledge of UX and taking feedback for constant improvement of the platform
Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-keeping skills - a self starter, with drive to push the projects forward, overseeing the detail, while keeping sight of wider company goals
Very good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with all stakeholders - managing relationships with external agencies would be an advantage. Persuasion and influence - capability to sell concepts and to mobilise teams
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital communication or science with project management training
