Based on the outskirts of Warrington, we are seeking a forward-thinking Claims Manager to join a group of professional Brokers. As a Claims Manager, you will oversea the Claims function of two dynamic teams whilst also handling your own Claims case load.
Working as a Claims Manager you will work alongside a team of Claims Handlers, supporting them and ensuring the best market leading solutions can be provided to their clients. Some of your duties will include:
Managing all aspects of customer claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers fully understand the process and are kept well informed throughout the life of the claim
Assist the Performance Team with the design and roll out of new/amended claims procedures
Undertake regular claims audits to assist with the monthly claims audit plan
Deliver the best practise, market leading service and solutions
Be a technical referral point to more junior members of the teamYour background:
You will have an extensive knowledge of the Commercial Insurance arena, specifically within Commercial Wheel based products
You will have previously worked within an Insurance Brokerage as a Team Leader / Manager
