About the Role - Learning Support Assistant
This role is working with an individual pupil, supporting them with their learning and development. You will be working within the classroom and delivering intervention sessions. Good behaviour management skills are essential to encourage positive relationship building. You will be working closely with colleagues to deliver the best education.
About the Candidate - Learning Support Assistant
Experience of supporting children in Key Stage 2.
Experience of supporting children with SEN.
Knowledge of the National Curriculum, in particular Key Stage 2.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
