My client are a well-known busines within the Service Industrial space operating across numerous countries. With a fantastic reputation and positive outlook for the future an opportunity has arisen for a strong Head of Continuous Improvement and Compliance. This is a permanent role and my client requires a proven track record in change management and improving organisational effeciencies.

Experienced in Engineering, Producttion, Conitnuous Improvement, Six Sigma

The Role:

Is to champion and lead the continuous improvement of Operations in UK, through management and performance of the Quality, Regulatory & Safety Team, ensuring compliance to both internal and external legislation/regulations.

The Ideal Candidate and What is Required :

Ideally you will have come and have had experience working within the Health service, Medical, NHS or Pharmaceutical l industry. My client is looking for an individual who has experience in managing change while supporting and guiding a business and the teams on the journey. You will have a track record in eliminate areas of waste from the organisation through delivering efficiency savings and improving productivity across the operational organization. Expereince in Black Belt, Lean, Six Sigma is required and an engineering degree or quality or similar backgroud wourld be desirable.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and expereince of coaching and mentoring teams and organisations
