Monday to Friday 8:30am -5:30pm
My Client is looking for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join their busy team.
The Role of the Commercial Insurance Advisor
You will work with SME and Commercial clients at all stages of their policy cycle to provide efficient and effective service
Provide quotations, inviting renewals, discussing changes to requirements and ensuring the administrative side of the account remains up to date.
This varied role will give you exposure to a wide range of clients from various sectors, allowing you to expand your knowledge and experience across multiple lines of business and case size.
To ensure that you exceed the expectations of their clients by being efficient, effective and responsive with a very diligent and professional approach.
To ensure that the requirements of their clients are at least always met, and to look for opportunities to exceed expectation
To build professional relationships with insurers by providing a friendly and effective service
Providing high quality and professional assistance dealing with calls promptly and courteously;Required Skills of the Commercial Insurance Advisor
You will come from an insurance advisor background, preferably having held a similar role within a commercially focused role
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships
Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
The ability to confidently liaise with other parties.
You are able to work under pressure and have strong, intuitive people skills, which includes working effectively as part of the wider team.
Ability to problem solve and find the solution quickly and effectively
