Are you looking for stable employment within a small but vibrant finance team?

The Role:
Fircroft are very proud to be working with a local Pharmaceuticals business to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

The opportunity has arisen due to internal changes within the team.

Role responsibilities to include:
Receive orders and add to SAGE 200 system
Process orders and liaise with customer accounts departments
Send orders, and check booking in date
Send invoices to customers on order booking in date
Follow returns procedures for any agreed returns
Keep training records of any training given and up to date with all SOP's and procedures
Manage cash flow
Produce monthly and ad hoc reports for Sales Director and head office
Manage credit control making sure invoices are paid on time
Maintain sales records and sales data
Create and maintain various financial statements and reports
Supply chain assistance and accurate stock control
General administrative duties
Bank reconciliations
Quarterly VAT returns
Monthly Intrastat submissions
Liaise with Sales Director and/or Quality Manager for any enquiries received

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
AAT qualified (preferred but not essential)
Similar experience working within a small but varied Accounts department.
