M65 Jobsearch are looking for a Head of Digital for our client in Blackburn.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Digital to join a successful and expanding company, working within the car industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong digital marketing background with experience of using Google tools to an advanced level

• Manage, coach and mentor the team to deliver on day-to-day plans and activities at a granular level whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture

• Support the Directors in the development and execution of plans, forecasts and budgets that help achieve overall business objectives

• Manage and nurture day to day plans relationships with media owners, and other third-party partners

• Drive and accelerate our digital media performance (through continual monitoring and optimizing) against Traffic, CPA, ROAS and COS

• Working closely with Marketing to ensure that all our systems are aligned to support effective marketing in a personalized consumer-focused way

• Working closely with the design and development teams on Design UI and UX

• Negotiating with partners

• Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships internally as well as externally

• Experience at using data to drive the decision-making process

• Minimum of five years' experience in marketing

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a face-paced environment
