A client of ours based in the Basildon area is seeking an Accounts/Office Manager to join their friendly team! This is a full-time permanent position working 8.45am 4.45pm offering a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
The main focus of this position will be the accounts function although being able to turn your hand to Administration and HR functions would be a huge positive. The duties and skills required for this dual Accounts/Office Manager role are as follows:
Day-to-day running of the accounts for the business Payroll Accounts Payable & Receivable Nominal Ledger up to year end figure VAT Returns Bank reconciliations Reviewing and collating financial data for year end Dealing with all financial paperwork and filing Office:
Order processing onto accounting system HR duties Ordering stationery Supporting MD with general office admin Key Skills/Competencies required for this position:
