Job Details

One of the fastest growing domiciliary care companies in the UK are looking for an Interim Head of Compliance and Quality. This position is to cover a 9-month maternity leave with the view to go permanent after within a different role in the business.

The Company:

They have grown by 10 times in the past 12 months.
They provide domiciliary care and live in care across the country.
They are very person centred and put quality first.
They are technology enabled and very forward thinking.

The role:

To manage the Compliance + Quality Managers.
Work nationally across 25+ services.
Working closely with the tech team and with external stakeholders.
Conduct 1 to 1s with their team.
Standardise processes across the business.

Key Skills:

A flexible working approach
Someone who has been a Registered Manager before would be ideal
Extensive experience in either an operations or quality and compliance role
Great communication skills
Experience in managing a team
You have excellent organisational skills

The Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 pa + £5000 car allowance
