Support Workers wanted starting from September

Location: Lymington

Hours: 7am to 7pm

Starting September 2020

About the School:

The ASC Residential School is based in Lymington with easy access for those travelling from Bournemouth, Wareham and Poole. In the schools last Ofsted the school was graded as a Good school. The school cares deeply about the education and care of its students and does all it can to make sure it's staff receive the support they need.

About the Role:

The role will be starting from September and will be shift work over a 2 week rota. They are looking for night or day workers either working 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am. You will work closely with the care managers to ensure the students are safe and help to organise activities for the students. There will be an aspect of personal care involved but there is a very informative 2 week induction process that will help you. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given, they just want people who are passionate about SEN and

The ideal candidate will:

Willing to learn new skills
Be a committed team player
Experience with challenging behaviour and ASC (Autism)
Comfortable with personal care
Be confident and adaptive to different environments
