Welfare Benefits Advisers

We are looking to recruit a number of Welfare Benefits Advisers to work on an exciting project with one of our key clients to start in November.

We are looking for people who have excellent attention to detail and have a understanding as well as empathetic individuals with outstanding customer service skills.

You must have expert knowledge and the ability to provide up-to-date, accurate and concise welfare rights advice.

Our client is seeking people with experience of working in a benefits advice delivery setting and experience of working in a setting under Advice Quality Standards (AQS) framework.

We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who work or have worked with the Citizens Advice Bureau.

This project will be for an initial 3 months with the possibility of being extended and will be homeworking during the entire span.
