NVQ Assessor - Health & Social Care L5
Salary: From £21,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Field-based

The Role
As a Personal Development Manager (Assessor) you will be responsible for ensuring a caseload of Apprenticeship learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at L2, L3 and L5.
You will do this through conducting progressive visits with every learner every month and supporting, motivating and encouraging them to achieve within the agreed timeframes. You will have a clear set of KPI's and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these.
You will work with an average caseload of 45 Learners within a 40 - 50-mile radius of your home.

Qualifications
·Ideally you will possess the relevant D32 / D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification
·Ideally you will possess your H&SC NVQ Level 5 / RMA or equivalent.
·Minimum of 2 years' experience at management level in the Health & Social Care Industry

A laptop, mobile phone and scanner will be provided for you.
You must have your own transport, a Broadband connection at home and car insurance covered by business class. All business mileage and expenses are covered by the company.
