Are you an experience recruiter with experience of managing a team of resourcers? Do you thrive on the buzz of recruiting people rather than the sales/account management aspect of the job?
If so, we are currently looking for a Resource Manager to lead a team of resourcers, who are responsible in sourcing candidates and forming talent pools to support all aspects of the business in railway and infrastructure.
You will have experience of managing resourcers and dealing with KPIs, preferably working in a fast paced, blue collar environment. Railway experience would be an advantage but not essential.
