Customer Service Account Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

Corporate Resources is actively looking for a Customer Service focused Account Manager to join an award-winning telecommunications provider based in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will boast a successful career in customer service, possess exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to manage key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a company where training is provided and progression is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

* Develop in depth knowledge of the company's key products and services

* Build and maintain fantastic working relationships with new and existing clients

* Retain the client's business as well as upsell and cross sell where able to

* Manage general billing questions

* Work closely with internal teams to feedback relevant information to the client

* To handle both inbound and outbound customer service calls

* Update the internal system regularly and accurately

Experience:

* At least one year's experience within the telecommunications industry

* Prior customer service or account management experience

* Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal

* The ability to solve problems, quickly and efficiently

* Work well independently

* Strong attention to detail
