Teaching Personnel are delighted to offer the opportunity of a full time permanent Science Teaching position at an Independent School located in Hampshire.

The ideal applicant will be a qualified Teacher of Science, ideally with the knowledge and skill set to teach Physics to KS5. The school are in the position to support an NQT, though they are happy to consider all experiences and could cater in line with M1 - UPS2.

You will have a proven track record of excellent teaching and learning and the ability to teach Physics up to A level. The Science department runs smoothly and their students achieve well. Staff benefit from a positive working environment, with strong support for professional development. The core purpose is to enable their learners to achieve their full potential by igniting their curiosity and determination. We welcome applications from creative and dynamic teachers who can contribute to this vision.

The School are particularly keen to hear from Teachers who would like to transition into the independent school sector. As a smaller independent school operating within an inner city, they have a large number of pupils who have also transitioned from public to private school and believe this will be beneficial for the department as well as the pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
