Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join a successful high-tech instrument company on a 3-month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for ensuring all components of instruments are compliant to RoHS2(10) standards and update the ERP system accordingly.

You will be involved in:

* Reviewing parts and identifying if they comply to RoHS2(10) directive

* Liaising with suppliers

* Recording evidence to datasheets

* Reviewing mechanical drawings to ensure all manufactured items meet RoSH2(10) guidelines

* Maintaining detailed records of parts that do not meet requirement and indicate where further design is required

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer seeking a hands-off position in an instrument manufacturing company. You will be based on site in Crewe for 2 weeks and then remote working will be available.
