A leading Kettering hospital currently requires an experienced RGN or ODP specialising in Orthopaedics and Spinal Surgery to work as Theatre Team Leader.

As Orthopaedic and Spinal Theatre Lead, you will play a key role in the delivery of a safe and efficient perioperative service in addition to supporting departmental management and service development.

Candidates for this RGN/ODP Orthopaedic Theatre Team Leader post should be/have:

* NMC registered Level 1 Adult Nurse/RGN or HCPC registered Theatre Practitioner/ODP

* At least 5 years post-registration experience in theatres, with extensive knowledge and experience of orthopaedic and/or spinal surgery

* Have completed Surgical First Assist &/or Advanced Scrub Practitioner qualifications and willing to further develop your skills and knowledge

* Experienced in a senior practitioner or supervisory role in a theatre setting, with experience in problem solving and service development
