The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for our client based in Leeds, just outside of Seacroft.

The Role

As the Service Manager of this service you will overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the service. You will also work towards the integration of aims and objectives with the strategy of the home. As well as this, you will market the service to all potential commissioners and referrers.

This role will require you to offer a hands on approach to management as well as offering support and guidance, whilst overseeing staff activities. You will Assume line management responsibilities for the senior management team, as well as taking responsibility for setting and monitoring of budgets. You will promote the fantastic ethos of the service across all stakeholders, including service users.

The Candidate

The successful person will hold a NVQ level 5 qualification or will be educated to degree level, as well as having experience of managing, or leading staff team previously. You will also have previous experience with working with acquired brain injuries, conducting internal/external audits whilst implementing any changes necessary.

Having previous management or leadership experience would be an advantage, as would be working in a similar setting, and being able to offer your experience and expertise to staff. You will also have experience of controlling a budget.
