Immediate start available for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a Medium sized business in Newhaven on a temporary basis for 3 months initially.

Reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will include:

* Taking Responsibility for the day to day operation of an effective and efficient Credit Control and Sales Ledger

* Processing of the daily transactions including credit checks, cash collection, posting receipts, raising invoices and credit notes

* Responsible for timely cash collection and reduction of debtor days

* Reconciliation and reporting on all aspects of the sales ledger

* Supporting internal and external sales teams on cash collection objectives

* To advise on all sales ledger and credit control processes and procedures

* Reconciling sales invoices and bank accounts

* Posting of sales reports across multiple business units

* Posting purchase invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger

* Producing weekly and monthly reports for Management

* Weekly Payments to Suppliers

* Accounts Payable/Receivable
