Following a recent restructure, they now seek to recruit a commercially astute Junior Bid Manager responsible for overseeing large scale bids in this organisations healthcare service busines. Your duties will include:
Acting as the interface between sales, commercial, technical, legal and operational staff and facilitating the development and implementation of robust bid strategies on restricted, negotiated and competitive dialogue procurements.
Managing internal and external resources to ensure that high-quality and commercially sound bids are produced and submitted by the required deadlines in line with corporate objectives.
Ensuring the commercial strategy and profitability forecasted at bid stage are achieveable and realised when the project is implemented.
A strategic thinker with a proven track record in Bid Management / Tender Management, you will bring with you the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed in this demanding and exciting role
Previous experience of participating in teams working on large public sector procurements, PPP or PFI projects
Experience in bid management and writing
Excellent verbal and written communication.
