My client is a leading IT Managed Services Provider with their head office in Basildon Essex and a client base of approx. 400 SMEs throughout Essex and London. They now seek a Technical Account Manager to join their IT support team.

Experience required:

IT / Technical Support experience

Experience of working for an IT Managed Services / Support company

Sound technical knowledge covering application, network, server, cloud services, security

Excellent communication skills

The ability to understand technical issues and communicate solutions effectively

Your role:

To provide quality technical support to a growing client base via remote access, face to face, email, telephone, live chat, video link.

To understant issues and provide effective and tailored technical solutions to the client base

To communicate with the client base to maintain business levels and ensure that all IT concerns are addressed ASAP

This role would be ideal for a person with strong technical support experience who wants to expand their IT / technical knowledge. A person who has excellent communication skills a flexible attitude and the desire to maintain client relations.

You will be part of an established and skilled technical support team and will enjoy a car allowance, team and individual bonuses an OTE in the high £30ks initially raising to low £40ks as business levels increase further
