Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager - West Yorkshire - WF17

A Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager is needed to join a leading family run business. A market leader in their field, they pride themselves on the premium, luxury nature of their products and the exceptional customer experience they provide. Working from their head office located just 30 minutes outside of Leeds, expect to become the “go to” person for all things digital and social.

Our leading retail client has a unique opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager to play a key role ensuring the customer journey online is personal and links seamlessly with offline contact points, including retail sites and their contact centres. They are currently embarking on several key initiatives to improve and re-vamp their digital capabilities, and you will play a vital part in leading and delivering these projects.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director the Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager will oversee all organic and paid digital marketing activities. Whether you are working closely with their agency partner to develop paid media strategy across PPC, display and social; monitoring campaign performance; driving brand awareness; overseeing email / social media marketing campaigns; improving usability, design, content and the customer journey or providing coaching to your team, it will be your passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience that ensures outstanding results.

To qualify... You should be a Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar Digital Marketing / Online Marketing role;
  • Experience developing digital strategies (paid and organic), within a B2C environment;
  • A holistic understanding of offline channels and the wider customer journey;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent time-management and organisation skills;
  • The ability to enthuse others and manage collaboratively is required, as is a willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
