Being the Difference... Working as part of the Customer Experience Centre leadership team, this role is all about supporting the department, in delivering an outstanding experience to our people. Through your collaboration with key stakeholders within the CEC and other functions, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the department through engaging our people.
The primary focus of this role is on improving engagement within the department fostering a work hard/play hard culture and an environment of continuous growth within the CEC. You will be involved in new colleague on-boarding, reward and recognition activities, team events, and important initiatives such as improving work life balance and employee wellbeing.
Through your strong leadership, communication, and a relentless focus on delivering outstanding levels of customer service through employee engagement, you will make a significant contribution to the customer function enabling us to make a difference.
You will have the ability to influence a wide network of colleagues without direct line management control and have a very flexible and efficient communication style.
We ask a lot from this role and it will be one of the most demanding and active roles in the function. It's also hugely rewarding and provides a high level of autonomy and empowerment to deliver outstanding business results through inspiring and motivating others.

Experience of working in a fast paced, multi-channel, inbound call centre environment.
Experience connecting and engaging with remote teams an advantage.
Friendly and approachable, you will have a natural presence, enthusiasm, and credibility with the ability to influence peers
You will be agile in your approach, able to make the best out of every situation.
You will be engaged with our Purpose and Vision and demonstrate a clear commitment to Belron UK and it's future success.
Ideally you will have event management experience
Confident presenting and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders

Proven ability to work as part of a team in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment
