We have an amazing team of people who go above and beyond to ensure our customers are safe, protected and cared for in their own homes as an alternative to residential care. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

You are expected to travel between customers, so we require all of our Care Assistants to have a full driving licence and your own vehicle.

We offer our Care Assistants:

·Competitive Salary £9.25ph during the week / £9.50ph at weekends / £13.80ph Bank Holidays

·Mileage paid at 24p per mile - you can claim up to 45p on the Gov. website

·Paid, for short notice cancelled calls

·Paid holiday - 20 days plus bank holidays, after probation

·Career and progression and Further accredited training (NVQ'S/QCF/NFCE)

·Refer a family or friend scheme £100 (Terms and conditions apply)

·Company Pension Scheme

·Free uniform

·Flexible working and alternative weekend shifts

·Ongoing support from colleagues and office staff
