Temp to Perm - ASAP - January 2021

Teachright East Anglia are currently working with a fantastic school situated in Chelmsford that have requirements for a qualified teacher who can offer ICT & Business studies to come and join them on a temp to perm basis.

Ideally the school is seeking someone to come and join them ASAP with the scope of going permanent in January 2021. It is a 50/50 split timetable with ICT & Business studies.

The school are based in the suburbs of Chelmsford, with easy transport links via main roads and public transport routes. In 2018 the school was rated 'Good' with 'Outstanding' features. The school is co-educational and teaches KS3, KS4 & KS5 in it's sixth form.

For this position, you will need experience working with KS3, 4 & 5 pupils, an accurate understanding of the current curriculum, excellent subject knowledge in your subject field and up to date knowledge of the safeguarding guidelines.

You will join a welcoming, supportive and popular department within the school. Benefiting from long term leadership and experience, you will have guidance from outstanding senior management.

This role is open to experienced teachers and those just about to qualify and will be paid on the MPR/UPR and to scale. TLRs maybe on offer to more experiences candidates.

NQTs will benefit from a proven NQT induction programme with a very high success rate for those achieving full qualified teaching status. Your NQT mentor has taught in schools for over 20 years and has the knowledge to intrust onto future teachers.

Ideally you will have:

A degree / PGCE / NQT status
UK QTS or working towards UK QTS - NARIC & Overseas QTS will be considered with at least 1 year of UK Teaching experience
Are confident leading a Key Stage 3,4 & 5 including GCSE level
Have good behaviour management skills
