I am hoping to appoint a part time SEN TA to work with children who have ASD this role is across primary and secondary so you must have adaptable skills. Children have challenging behaviour and some of whom are non-verbal the ideal SEN TA will be resilient and nurturing TA, who has experience within a SEN school.
