Global high tech FMCG business continues their expansion programme and are now looking for motivated Quality Assurance Engineer.
Ideally suited to a Quality Engineer from an FMCG or similar fast paced background who is looking for a challenging and diverse role in a first-class working environment.
Relevant experience in areas such as incident management (customer complaints), risk mitigation (FMEA management), governance (development of control plans and SOP's) and new product risk assessment are key attributes for the successful candidate.

The working environment within this business is exciting and diverse, comprising of many different process routes with various challenging quality problems which will test your data analysis and problem solving skills to the max. You will be involved in improving customer complaints and customer site problem solving, driving preventative and corrective actions, FMEA and change control management, development of control plans and SOP's, as well as utilising quality improvement tools to problem solve and continually improving the level of quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will be a driven Quality Assurance Engineer who is used to working in a fast paced FMCG environment and who is adaptable and proactive in your approach. You will need the following:

Experience of carrying out FMEA's and 8D - good problem solving and data analysis skills.
Good working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Excellent attention to detail and a broad range of wider quality improvement tools.
Excellent communication skills.
