Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Education provider to recruit for a hardworking individual who can work on their own initiative to undertake a busy full time, temporary Cleaning Manager role at a leading Further Education College in Birmingham.
The successful candidate would need to be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Leadership & Management experience and able to manage a team of Cleaning Supervisors and Cleaning operating staff across the college.
* Ensure that all college sites are clean and tidy and meets the requirements 0of the cleaning specification
*Ensure under performance and other HR issues are dealt with in line with the college procedures
*Collate and counter approve time sheets at the end of the month from Cleaning Supervisors
*Ensure adequate resources in terms of cleaning staff, tools, materials, plant, machinery & other resources are planned and provided to support the day to day cleaning needs across all college sites
*Available to work early mornings with a lunch time finish to support cleaning staff across various college sites
*Have access to a private car as some driving across sites will be required
*Hold a relevant DBS certificate on the update service or willing to process a new one
