A fantastic Accounts Payable Team Leader position as arisen at a renowned business based in Bolton on a 6 month contract. You will supervise and lead your team's day to day activities, as well as coaching and developing individuals.

As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and ensuring that the Accounts Payable team are completing their duties in order to achieve all SLAs and KPIs
  • Advising and assisting the team with any issues or questions that may arise
  • Acting as a point of escalation for queries from the team
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing the team
  • Hosting personal development reviews and setting individual targets
  • Ensuring you are aware of all legislation and technology developments that may affect your department
  • Evaluating processes and policies, identifying and implementing improvements where possible

As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will have/be:
  • Experience managing an Accounts Payable team or in a senior position in Accounts Payable
  • Experience working in an SSC environment
  • Experience working in a high volume invoice processing environment
  • Experience with a large ERP system (ideally Oracle or SAP)
  • Excellent communicate skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
