Our client is looking for a part time Management Accountant to join their expanding company in Houghton Regis.
We are looking for an experienced accountant with strong data analytical skills to produce monthly management accounts, manage KPI reporting and provide oversight and advice to bookkeeping and payroll functions.
- Producing monthly management accounts including preparation of prepayments and accruals and reconciliation of balance sheet
- Producing, updating and analysing reports
- Resolve technical queries relating to payroll and tax
- Liaising with external accountants in relation to audit and production of statutory accounts
- Statutory filings with Company House
Skill and experience:
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software- required
- Very strong Excel knowledge, including use if advance formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFetc) and pivot tables- required
- Familiarity with Moneysoft Payroll Manager- preferred
- Experience in Power BI/ Power Pivot/ Power Query- preferred
ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA- preferred
