About the Role
As Membership Campaigns Manager you will work directly with key internal stakeholders to define our marketing campaign strategy and lead generation ambitions aligned to our corporate plan.
Responsible for the management of growth and retention campaign budgets, you will propose and deliver effective and consistent multi-platform campaigns in line with our strategic brand position.Your campaigns will have clear objectives and deliverables with the aim of generating leads and developing our pipeline for both individual and company membership.
Building effective relationships with the international retention and acquisition teams and alongside your marketing & digital colleagues you will deliver effective and impactful campaigns.You'll manage relationships with membership, customer services, business development and our business information team. Using data intelligence and membership insight, you will lead personalisation and segmentation campaigns to effectively target against our key criteria in order to maximise engagement potential.
What we're looking for...
We're looking for a data driven Membership Campaign Manager. With a BA university degree or equivalent and excellent knowledge of multichannel digital marketing, you will have experience of B2B marketing & lead generation, using developing insights with web analytics and both PPC and SEM.
Passionate about customer insight, able to analyse data and responses to develop clear strategies in order to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will be highly proficient in all MS Office packages, familiar using brand visual identity toolkits and guideline and have CRM and marketing campaign systems experience.
Energetic and highly organised, you will enjoy taking on responsibility and making a positive contribution to the activities of the Marketing and Digital team and representing that team across the organisation. You'll need to build strong relationships, creating useful networks and proactively using these contacts to support you in resolving conflicts and challenges.
With strong interpersonal skills, an excellent communicator with the ability to embrace collaboration, you'll enjoy an agile and flexible work environment, working with different teams, business areas and campaign types.You will have the ability to understand the commercial drivers and how the marketing campaigns are tasked to support these.

This role is home-based during Covid-19 and possibly beyond, however when working from the office resumes you will be expected to have some visibility in the office during the week which is based in Bracknell.
