Ecommerce Merchandising Manager

£35,000 DOE

Working closely with the Purchasing, Creative and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for presenting the products in the best possible way to maximise sales and engagement. You will manage two direct reports to publish, maintain and optimise a catalogue of products on their online store and 4 other international sites.

The role

Ensure web pages are merchandised to their full potential
Plan and manage visual content across the website to effectively promote shoppable categories and pages
Use analysis to develop category merchandising hierarchies and rankings
Site content and structure is fully optimized for SEO
Coordinate with other marketing functions to plan and optimise key landing pages
Manage all new product uploads including images
Accuracy of all editorial content, imagery etc conforms to brand guidelines
Merchandising products together that complement each other

The ideal candidate

3+ years experience in an ecommerce merchandising
Highly analytical, commercially astute and numerate
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Proactive approach and 'can do' attitude
Management experience

Highly desirable:

Experience with Magento CMS
Experience with Google Analytics
