DBA Tech Lead - SQL Server - 60,000 + Bonus + BenefitsAre you an experienced SQL Server Tech Lead?Do you enjoy making a difference and want to be able to have a real influence on a business?I'm working with a true market leader and also just a really great business to work for - they have actually pledged to be carbon neutral by 2030.The business is not only stable during this period, they are growing and are looking for a Technical Lead with a strong background as a DBA.Tech leadership not team management so you can just focus on the technical stuff.- You will be responsible for the availability of the database platform, enhancing processes and administration practices to result in scalable, reliable and secure technologies.- You will work closely with the Architect Team, supporting the development of the roadmap aligned to company goals, ensuring that these plans are understood and followed by members of the team.You will also have experience using tools such as but not limited to:Backups and recoveryT-SQL, SSIS, SSRS and stored proceduresReplication, Log Shipping, Change Data Capture, Database MirroringIdentity and access management / securityMonitoring, event management and other operational toolsThey have offices across the UK and this role can be based in North Yorkshire.The role is currently remote, with the aim of being back in the office by 2021.Salary up to £60,000 + up to 30% bonus (target of 15% that actually pays out) + up to 10% contribution pension + 25 days holiday plus BH.For more info get in touch with Richard James at Harvey Nash on 07789858764 / richard.james@harveynash.com / https://www.linkedin.com/in/thedatarecruiter/
