Scrum Master/Project Manager // South Wales // Tech Company // £58,000 + benefits

I am on the lookout for a hybrid Scrum Master/Project Manager to work for a cutting-edge tech company based in South Wales.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, whilst working with a cross functional matrix team of technical and commercial specialists.
You will be guiding the delivery team and wider organisation on the benefits and practical application of the Agile methodology, particularly the execution of Scrum practices and values, in order to deliver robust solutions that are of excellent quality.

Project manager responsibilities:
*To lead and own the delivery of client projects from pre-discovery to launch, according to the agreed timelines and within the agreed scope.
*Manage transition of MNOs into BAU and operations.
*Successfully manage internal technical resources and teams.
*Create and manage client relationships and external suppliers.
*Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure all documents are up to date.
*Create and maintain project plans, project status reports and provide updates as required into the Directors and the wider leadership team.
*Demonstrate pro-active approach and can-do attitude.
*Engage with sales/ marketing teams and develop a commercial mindset
*Guide the team on self-organising and adapting to multiple delivery approach as required.
*Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Scrum master responsibilities:
*Support scrum teams in the effective delivery of the Project and Technology roadmap.
*Coordinate all relevant agile ceremonies
*Provide management level reporting to demonstrate achievements within sprints.
*Perform coaching and mentoring to all levels of the business and technical teams in order develop the agile maturity of the organisation.
*Troubleshooting and problem-solving, to ensure that risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly identified and managed by the relevant delivery team (architecture & engineering teams).
*Supporting the product owner in maintaining a clearly defined and prioritized backlog that can be implemented by the technical teams.

Requirements:
*Formal Project Management qualification and proven experience of running medium to large projects (MNOs preferably)
*Technical experience from working with Mobile MNOs and/or SaaS
*Experience as Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
*Experience in development of agile maturity within an organisation.
*Experience in the practical application of projects using a variety of project management methodologies including Prince2, PMI and APM.
*Experience of working with a mixture of offshore and nearshore teams to deliver projects and agile workstreams.
*Experience in the practical application of two or more agile delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, and Feature Driven Development.
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
*Analytical and methodical in demonstrating productivity and driving continuous improvement in the delivery of objectives.
*Strong customer facing skills.
