The idea of this role is to establish and maintain a close relationship with the students, in order to effectively manage an incredible student experience.
Managing domestic services at the organisation here is more than just your standard facilities role, you will lead on accommodation, catering and security, and moreover your focus is to enrich the student experience and that of your colleagues too.
With a large in-house team you will take ownership of Soft and Domestic services for the organisation.
Within the current climate, availability is key, this new role has been brought forward due to the current situation and strategic and operational knowledge is needed immediately.
If you have extensive soft services experience and are ready to hit the ground running within a matter of weeks then this could be for you.
This role will be an initial 6 month fixed term contract, but ultimately there is a permanent position for you to make yours... There is even scope for the role to develop into a more senior position.
