Job Description

Our Hackney Nurseries are recruiting Room Leaders to lead and support a team of Early Years professionals to create and plan daily routines and activities that encourage children's curiosity. You will have you own key children but also be role modelling behaviours for other members of staff with your creativity and passion. As Room Leader you will lead on the EYFS and work along side the management team and ensure policies are being adhered to as well as keeping track of your teams training needs.

Job Requirements

Full and relevant childcare qualification at level 3 or above.

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and how this is monitored in a nursery setting.

Working at Fire Station:

Number of Rooms: 1x baby rooms, 1x Toddler, 1x Preschool.

Total capacity of Nursery: 45 place Nursery

Opening Times: 8am-6pm

A outside space for all the children to enjoy, offering resources to ignite discovery.

The nursery is located in an old fire station!
