This role is FTC- 12 months.What you'll do:As a Change Manager within DTA, you will have direct responsibility for the change management plan and execution of it on our large scale data transformation programme (on-premise to cloud) from inception through to the successful transition to the business and operations.Providing strong leadership the role will focus on working with the programme stakeholders and key business partners on training needs analysis, training, implementation of new processes and business readiness for the switch off of legacy on premise data warehouses and the switch on of new data warehouses in the cloud.Be accountable for change planning for a large scale complex on-premise to cloud migration programme, making sure DTA and its stakeholders are operationally ready to use GCP and relevant support application e.g.: TableauWork with key partners on the finer detail around people, process and technical items and wrap into the change plan with a real focus on previous on-premise people/process and tech interaction to what it will be in the new cloud environment.Produce clear change metrics and status reports on time.Handle change related breakthroughs, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies across the programme, clearly articulating the wider impact of a risk or issue should it be realised.Use a variety of change and project management tools to deliver on project outcomes, goals and value propositions.Bring new approaches to deliver change effectivelyCollaborate with team members and wider partners to successfully build trust, whilst establishing a culture of inclusivity.What you'll bring:5+ years demonstrable record of change management in large scale, complex technology within data warehouse related transformation projects.Experience of on-premise to google (GCP) or other cloud migrations is very desirable.GDPR, data protection, data management knowledge and experience is preferable.Experience of working in different delivery models, agile / waterfall, in dynamic fast-paced environment, where there are constant changing demands and priorities.Experience engaging business teams in landing Technology change aligning technology and business requirements to create a smooth transition.A true teammate, you thrive of collaborating with others and bringing others on the journey to deliverWhere you'll work:Data, Technology & Analytics (DTA) at Sky is on a mission to bring customers more of what they love by unlocking the power of data to make Sky even more relevant.
