Job DescriptionContested Probate Solicitor Berkshire, Hampshire£40,000 - £50,000W/26098 Contested Probate Solicitor - This large Legal 500 firm, with multiple offices are now seeking a further litigation solicitor to join their team at their Berkshire office.About the Role This 20+ strong litigation team handle a range of matters and specifically a wide range of wills, trust and estate disputes. You will be tasked with managing a busy caseload, consisting predominantly of contested probate. Candidate Requirements You will need to have at least 3 years relevant experience and a passion for contested probate. This is an area that they are looking to develop, therefore previous track record is necessary. They are looking for a driven individual who can work well on solo projects or as part of a team, managing complex matters with other senior lawyers.
