An exciting opportunity has come up in a large fast-paced successful private sector company nr Bridgwater.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the training team, who are booking and coordinating training for 200 new employees every month. You will proactively solve problems and develop processes as required. You will develop and coordinate the training team, ensuring that the team are working to process and develop new processes where they are required. This is an interim role with the potential of going temp to perm, £18.78 - £20.28ph.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced training coordinator, who has experience of successfully managing and booking large numbers (100-200 per month) of new employees onto training programs. You will need strong people & office management skills, ensure that safety is embedded in all activities across the training & development agenda and report on KPI's. You will have experience of setting up systems & processes which enable on-going reporting on activities including: workforce mobilisation; training; apprenticeships; construction supervision; security vetting and training pre-requisites. As well as managing the training budget.
